RELEASE started close to home. I've been in contact with UGC creators in my close circle — and the more I listened, the more I realized the problem was much bigger than I expected.

A creator finishes the work. They deliver a valuable piece of content — something a brand asked for, something that will run in real campaigns. And then they wait. Thirty days, sometimes more. Sometimes they chase the brand again and again. Sometimes they are simply ignored.

That should not be normal.
